Read All About It! Weekly Community Newsletter for August 10th-14th

Dear Monte Vista Families and Community,

We made it through the first few days of school! Always an exciting but anxious lift with all that we want to establish that first week. Thank you for supporting us every step of the way! It was a joy to see so many families on campus last week. One of the strongest starts for our community! We look forward to our first full week of school this upcoming week, and I hope you find the weekly community newsletter link below helpful. Many announcements, important dates, pictures, recaps, parent involvement opportunities, data, and news have been updated. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Also, I provided a few images (also within the newsletter too) below around traffic safety, which is a very helpful community message for all families, and our first week Attendance data--which shows a lot of green and high percentages (96% and above for daily attendance and 0% chronic absenteeism).
