Read All About It! Principals' Weekly Community Newsletter for September 21st-25th

Dear Monte Vista Families and Community,

Last week, I spent most of the week with 8th graders at Outdoor Science School in Cambria while Ms. Wessel, our assistant principal, steered the nest with our fine feathered team! Our 8th graders, Mr. Cole, and our parent/MHS student chaperone team did beautifully well in Cambria as well as the 8th graders who stayed and did an on-site experience with Ms. Simpson. I did get to be on campus though for parts of Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and those moments were so refreshing to see in action! Thank you everyone for making September a very successful month so far! I look forward to our community soaring strongly in our final two weeks of September all the way till our Fall Break in October. We got this!

As always, we have an unparalleled newsletter this week that covers school and district news as well as some great pictures (including 8th Grade Science School pics), important upcoming events, and more!  Let's get every family to click on the link below and view the newsletter even if it is a quick review. It will be worth it to keep you on the same page in our blue jay family.  And thank you for climbing back up in attendance as a school site the last few weeks (see further below--love love love those dark greens).
