Final Push for Book Fair Volunteers!
The books have arrived....but, we still need volunteers to help make the Book Fair a success! 
The following classes have Book Fair times scheduled but do not yet have parent volunteers signed up to help:

• Mateo, 1st Grade
• Cooper, 3rd Grade
• Espinoza, 4th Grade
• Blumenfeld, 4th Grade
• Lyman, 7th Grade
• Simpson, 8th Grade

✅ Volunteer Paperwork Reminder
All volunteers must complete two required forms:

1. TB Risk Assessment Form
This takes less than two minutes to complete. Email the completed form to zparis@mpusd.net

2. MPUSD Non-District Employee Personnel Liability Release and Agreements Form
Choose the English form or the Spanish form.
Bring the completed form and your ID to the school’s front office. The office will make a copy of your ID. This form can take up to three days to process, so anyone volunteering on Monday or Tuesday must turn it in by tomorrow, Wednesday, September 23.

💳 eWallet and Online Shopping
If you haven’t already, you can create an eWallet for cash-free shopping for your student.
You can also shop online from September 28 through October 11. Please wait until September 28 to make online purchases so that 25% of every purchase directly benefits our school!
